Initial Consultation

An introductory, on-site, working meeting for new clients to get the ball rolling on a project. We walk through preliminary ideas, feasibility, and other vital details, including establishing a scope of work. This service is a great way to see if your project and our services are a good fit with minimal investment. This service does not include finished design work, an estimate of costs, technical information, or related documentation.

Design By the Hour

This is for clients seeking professional design work on an as-needed basis. Design-by-the-hour packages start with a 10-hour block of time. This is ideal for interior room styling, paint color palettes, or specific rooms refreshed with existing furniture. Mood boards, floor plans, new furniture, finish selections, and window and wall coverings may be included. Technical drawings or 3D renderings are not included in this service.

Full Service

For clients who desire the entire process managed to perfection. It is ideal for large-scale projects involving multiple rooms or a whole home. This is our most elevated, hands-on service billed hourly. This includes a complete design package with technical drawings, schematic design, elevations, material sourcing, finish schedules, 3D renderings and animations along with multiple site visits throughout the entire project, start to finish.

Design By The Room

This service seamlessly blends existing and new elements, perfect for clients looking to transform or refresh a single room. Tailored to fit your needs, lifestyle, and budget, it offers a defined scope with clear deliverables completed within a shorter time frame. Services may include light construction, painting, wall and floor coverings, windows, furniture, or simply styling and accessories. Priced as an all-in flat fee, this service is customized to the room’s size, scope, and unique requirements.
