We walk through preliminary ideas, do a feasibility study, and review other vital details, including establishing a scope of work. This service is a great way to see if your project and our services are a good fit with minimal investment or for clients to who want to manage the project and process themselves. This service does not include finished design work, an estimate of costs, technical information, or related documentation. It does include comprehensive meeting notes for reference and may serve the do-it-yourself client as a road map.
Furnishing, Staging & Styling
This service is for homes, offices, or rooms within that need furnishing and decor only including accessorizing and styling for optimal function and beauty. It is perfect for second homes, real estate listings, rental properties, new businesses or new locations including offices and work spaces, boutique retail, hospitality, healthcare and wellness.
Unique to each project, client, market audience with end user in mind, our furnishing, staging and styling services infuse a warm sophistication that is visually compelling both in person and across media platforms. Full Service Interior Design
For clients who desire the entire process managed to perfection. It is ideal for large-scale projects involving multiple rooms or a whole home. Our most elevated, hands-on service that guides all aspects of the project. This includes a complete design package with technical drawings, schematic design, floor plans, elevations, material sourcing, finish schedules, 3D renderings and animations along with multiple site visits throughout the entire project, start to finish. Furnishings layouts, window and wall treatments, furniture procurement, lighting plans, decorative lighting, artwork, accessories and installation,
