Initial Consultation
An introductory, on-site, working meeting for new clients to get the ball rolling on a project. We walk through preliminary ideas, do a feasibility study, and review other vital details, including establishing a scope of work. This service is a great way to see if your project and our services are a good fit with minimal investment or for clients to who want to manage the project and process themselves. This service does not include finished design work, an estimate of costs, technical information, or related documentation. It does include comprehensive meeting notes for reference and may serve the do-it-yourself client as a road map.
Design By The Room
Ideal for smaller projects and individual rooms with a quick turnaround time needed, Design by the Room may be a perfect fit. This service is more in depth than a Consultation but does not require Full Service, which often spans months of planning, design and construction. The minimum for this service is one complete room, designed to your taste, functional needs and includes many details such as floor plans, surface selections, lighting, color palette and decor.
Full Service
For clients who desire the entire process managed to perfection. It is ideal for large-scale projects involving multiple rooms or a whole home. Our most elevated, hands-on service that guides all aspects of the project. This includes a complete design package with technical drawings, schematic design, floor plans, elevations, material sourcing, finish schedules, 3D renderings and animations along with multiple site visits throughout the entire project, start to finish. Staging & Home Furnishing
Bespoke to our clients and each unique space, this service can be an entire property, or specific rooms and spaces within the home, including paint colors, furnishing arrangements, furniture selection, lighting, artwork, accessories and styling of each space. We specialize in curating elegantly styled interiors that highlight a property’s full potential and increasing the value significantly, minimizing stress and expediting the sales process. Turnkey design, where we furnish a complete home to be used immediately is also part of the services we offer for builders, investors, new home owners primary residence, vacation home or rentals.
